my radio on my 24 trax was flashing do all kinds of werid stuff take to preston gm new castle 5 times and diehl take apart my dash to findout wire was unplug ;/

Everyone was kind and welcoming. They worked with us to get our brand new vehicle ready to go so that we didn't have to drive back 2 hours to have things completed.

Another welcomed visit to Diehl Automotive of Grove City, dropped me cruze off to have an oil change and BG oil treatment (best product to use in your car) Gave all my information to the Mariah the service writer, told them do what they do best and give me a call if there is any concerns or recommendations for my car. Got a call later in the day, told my car was done and ready. Everything looked good. I always feel more comfortable bringing my car to the dealer where the techs know my cruze in and out. thanks again Service Team at Diehls

A big shout out to Joseph Capuano from Deihls at the Massillon Ohio store for taking care of me from beginning to end! He went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and made sure that I got exactly what I wanted! He found the exact truck that I wanted and met me in Grove City Pennsylvania at their other store where the truck was at. He stayed in Pa with me through the whole process making sure it was all taken care of properly. Josh and the finance gentleman at the Pa store was also awesome, I can't thank Joseph Capuano enough for going out of his way to help me from beginning to end! I will definitely buy at Diehls again and will also have my family and friends buy there also. What a great smooth experience!

Mariah excellent as usual. Would be 5 stars except i thought an hour and 40 minutes a tad long for a oil change and inspection. Also paying for an emission test when i have no gas cap, even tho i realize its not their rule.
